My sister recommended the Motts to me. I saw her carpets before cleaning and then after the Motts cleaned the carpets, and the results were impressive. I was very impressed with their work for us today in our home, too, and will recommend them to others as well. They were very professional, courteous, and did the highest quality carpet cleaning at our home today. The carpets look fantastic. Brandon and Raymond Motts listened attentively and followed all my requests about the work I wanted done. They thoroughly answered all my questions about our current home's carpet and the carpet at the house we are buying next month. They arrived at the time scheduled, and worked very hard the whole time. They also listened carefully and did everything they promised to do and everything I asked them to do. I will hire them again, and have scheduled them to clean the carpets at our new house next month.

Brandon Mott walked through each room with me & discussed the carpet areas I wanted to be cleaned, as well as one area I wanted repaired. He measured the areas with a laser device to determine how much to charge for the job & gave me an accurate quote. He repaired a small section of damaged carpet for us with some scrap carpeting we had. He thoroughly vacuumed the entire house before bringing in his cleaning equipment. He cleaned the carpets with a cleaning machine & engine attached to his van. He protected the door frames with special white guards so that the cleaning machine hoses wouldn't rub against the wood frames. Raymond Mott joined Brandon during the middle of the job, to help with some of the work. He moved furniture and area rugs as needed. He put special foam pads under the furniture legs to protect the wet, cleaned carpet from being stained by the wooden legs. He gave us thorough instructions about when the carpets would be dry & a bottle of spot cleaner.

Fantastic. We recently moved. Luckily, by having him do both places empty on two different days, we didn't have to work around any furniture. Scheduling the two dates about two weeks apart was also no problem. Raymond got the stains out of our new place that I thought were in there for good. He also got our pet odors out of the old place as well. This is our second time using his services. He has the best equipment and knows how to use it!

I called later then I should have to get the carpets cleaned for a party on saturday. Even though his Friday was full, he scheduled to do it before his first appointment. When they changed the time, they called the night before to let me know. They did a great job, and the carpet looked great. I was concerned that with the amount of traffic that I have in my house that the carpets would not come clean, but they looked great. I even recommened them to a friend who needs her carpet cleaned.

Raymond and Brandon were once again (I've used them before) on time, proficient and courteous. Stains were removed that I thought would be impossible.
